BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA WAS NOT ELECTED POTUS ON NOVEMBER 4, 2008

******************

If you believe that the people of the United States ELECTED Barack Hussein Obama to the presidency of the United States on November 4, 2008 you are MISTAKEN!

On November 4, 2008 the people who went to the polls and cast their ballots for Barack Hussein Obama elected ELECTORS. These electors will represent their state when they assemble and cast THEIR votes for the candidate of their choice for the presidency of the United States.

Practically all of the electors MUST vote for the candidate who had the most votes which chose the elector. But, according to the laws of some of the states, some of the electors will be free to vote for the candidate they judge to be the best.

If this were a normal election year, we could expect all of the electors who were elected by voters for Barack Hussein Obama to vote for him and thus make him be REALLY the President-Elect.
Right now, he is merely the presumed President-Elect.

But this is not a normal year. There have been a number of law suits filed in state and federal courts challenging the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama for the office of the President of the United States charging that he is NOT a natural born citizen.

To be a natural born citizen he would have to have been born to two parents both of whom were American citizens at the time of his birth. His father was not an American citizen. His father was a citizen of Great Britain/Kenya.

One of the cases just referred to, authored by Leo D'Onofrio, has made it to the United States Supreme Court and the Court will consider the case in private conference tomorrow morning.
If the Court chooses not to proceed to a public hearing on the case next week, the Court will dismiss the case and the D'Onofrio case will be dead.

If, on the other hand, the Court decides to proceed to a public hearing next week, the Court will have to consider tomorrow D'Onofrio's request for an injuction to stop the College of Electors from meeting next Monday to cast their ballots for the next President of the US.

If the Court were to issue such an injunction there will be chaos!

Presumably the College would be enjoined from meeting until SCOTUS or some lower court made a determination as to whether or not Barack Hussein Obama is a natural born citizen.
When that would be would be anyone's guess.

If the SCOTUS does not issue an injunction to prevent the College of Electors from meeting, the College will meet and will PROBABLY elect Barack Hussein Obama.

Since the evidence seems so clear that Barack Hussein Obama, the son of an American woman and a Kenyan man, is not a 'natural born citizen' , even if the College of Electors elects him it is reasonable to expect lawsuits well into the future challenging the legitimacy of his administration.

Stay tuned!
